Automatic PCBA Cleaning Machine

MF-530 is our PCBA flux residual spray cleaning machine. It uses water-based liquid to wash flux on PCBA, DI water to rinse to take off liquid residual and ions from PCBA, hot air to make PCBA dry.
 

It is a compact, integrated, automatic cleaning machine. It conducts high pressure,high flow spray wash technology. Wash, rinse and dry processes are completed in one

chamber. It can wash rosin flux, no-clean flux, water-soluble flux, solder paste ball and other organic and inorganic polluted materials. It is the best machine for little small patch and multiple specs PCBA cleaning.
 

Also it can be used to wash solder paste mis-printed PCB, solder paste stencils and soldering wave Pallets, carriers and parts with flux.
 

Main application: Car electronics PCBA, Aerospace PCBA, Telecom PCBA,Medical device PCBA, Digital meters PCBA.

 

Feature

• Comprehensive flux wash system: rosin flux, water-soluble flux, no-clean flux /solder paste and other organic and inorganic materials. Also PCB, stencil and pallets.
• PC+PLC control, windows operational interface, easy operation. Indeed PC software. It can connect to customer MES system and upload all wash parameters and machine conditions. Liquid/DI water spray pressure, temperature, time and hot air temperature and time can be edit and setting on PC operation software. 
• Liquid/water spray pressure; liquid/water/hot air temperature; wash/rinse/hot air dry time are auto digital detect and edit on machine programe. 
• Liquid real time filtered to avoid flux residual and solder balls stay on PCBA with liquid. 
• Liquid wash and DI water are separated 2 independent systems to avoid mix of liquid and water. 
• DI water heat function for some cold weather condition and easier and efficient for PCBA rinse. 
• Double rinse water tanks to cut 25~30% DI water amount each cycle. 
• Optional DI water close loop use modular( sand, carbon+resin system). Two layers basket, one layer L610*W560*H100(mm),make totally big wash area as L1210*W1120*H100(mm) . 
• Basket moving rack: by using frame bend racks, the basket moves smoothly and stable. 
• Special PCB fix jigs and universal fixing jigs can be chose according to your PCBA wash requirements. 
• 2 layers front door seal design: no liquid leak from front door. 
• Liquid concentration compensation function: small liquid auto add concentrated liquid to liquid tank to compensate and maintain liquid concentration degrease. 
• DI water resistivity monitoring function. 
• MES connection function, scanner (option).
