MF-610 PCBA Inline Cleaning System (PCBA online cleaning system) is an advanced equipment designed for surface cleaning of SMT PCBs and PCBAs in the electronics industry.

The system usually integrates multiple functions such as cleaning, rinsing, and drying, and can automatically complete the entire cleaning process. During the cleaning process, the system uses advanced cleaning technology to ensure 100% cleanliness and pays attention to environmental protection. The extraction, discharge method and control of cleaning liquid and deionized water are one of the main indicators of the system to ensure the efficiency and stability of the cleaning process.

In addition, the PCBA Inline Cleaning System is usually equipped with a high-pressure spray system for the cleaning process of PCB/PCBA. This spray system can ensure that the cleaning liquid fully penetrates the bottom of ultra-low gap components such as SMT components such as BGA, CSP and flip chips, thereby eliminating cleaning dead corners.
